| Mail 2 Web is Your Web Based Outlook! |

Mail 2 Web is a new email service mode, which could be look as your web based outlook, can lets you to pick up your POP3 email through an easy web interface.
Whether you are traveling on the road or sitting behind a firewall, you only need visit Webmail of AA Mail Server to read and reply your email. And you can use a Windows PC, a Mac or a Unix computer, AA Mail Server lets you to have control on your email without restriction.
How mail 2 web works?
Mail 2 web is your web based Outlook. For example, your have 1 mailbox (e.g. xx@123.com) in AA Mail Server and 2 other mailboxes: abcde@test.com and abcde@gmail.com (AA Mail Server supports SSL POP3/SMTP).
Then you can create two pop3 remote accounts via Webmail
for the two other mailboxes in AA Mail Server.

|  Emails in abcde@test.com and abcde@gmail.com will be auto retrieved into xx@123.com.
| | Webmail will display where it from of an email in subject line for you when in folder mail list.
| | When you reply to an email, original account will be auto used to send replied email back to sender.
| | If you compose a new email, you can use any one of three accounts to send your mail out.

Mail 2 web settings via web mail by yourself
You can login Webmail to create mail 2 web account for yourself. Goto "Configure -> POP3 remote" page, you can add one or more POP3 remote accounts. AA Mail Server will automatically retrieve all emails from those accounts, just like you using Outlook to receive all emails.

Mail 2 web settings via server by administrator
Administrator can double-click an account in AA Mail Server, open "Account information -> POP3 remote" tab. Then click "Add" button to open "POP3 remote" dialog. Fill in required parameters and then you can click "Detect" button to detect if these settings is correct or not.

AA Mail Servervides mail 2 web function, so that AA Mail Server can be used as web based Outlook, and so is suitable for individual and family as well as company. You can use web mail of AA Mail Server to handle any mailboxes just like Outlook does.
