Find why you cant receive email

Problem:

There are some email address to which you are not able to receive emails from.

Cause:

Then issue occurs when you are using some illegal characters like  *|\\:\"<>?/ characters

If the email has any of the mentioned characters then you cannot receive emails from them.

Solution: 
Make sure the email address thats you are using do not have the illegal characters.
