How to Get Remote Control Support? 
When you met problems on AA Mail Server, the quickest way to solve problem is that asking for remote control technical support. You are suggested to install RealVNC Remote Control Software, or prepare Windows Remote Control Desktop ready. Followings are step-to-step guide for VNC installation.
- Download here: Real VNC Remote Control Software (V4.1.2, 726K, Free).
- Please remember to open 5800/5900 port on your firewall.
- If your server is behind a router, please forward port 5800/5900 from router to server.
- Tell us the IP address of your server and VNC password for remote control support.
Step 1: Double-click VNC setup package, start installation.

Step 2: Choose "I accept the agreement", click Next.

Step 3: Click Next directly, unless you need to change default install folder.

Step 4: Choose "VNC Server", click Next.

Step 5: Click Next.

Step 6: Run VNC on service mode, check them and click Next.

Step 7: Click Install.

Step 8: Choose as followings, click "Set Password".

Step 9: Input your password twice, click OK and Next.

Step 10: Click Finish to complete installation.

If on Windows XP, or firewall installed, please open port 5800/5900 in your firewall. If your server is behind a router, forward port 5800/5900 from router to server. Then tell us your server's IP address and VNC password for remote control support.
