1. How to Install AA SMTP Server?
   AA SMTP Server is very easily to install. Run the install package and then usually you just need to click "Next" until install finished. Please refer here for detailed instructions: Step-by-step QuickStart Guide.



2. Why my SMTP service started failed?
   Please check if there is already a SMTP service running, e.g Microsoft IIS SMTP component. If so, you need to close the existing SMTP application, and re-start AA SMTP Server. Or else you can change to another SMTP port in AA SMTP Server.
   
   
3. How to change my SMTP port?
   click "Server settings" button and select "SMTP service" tab, then you can change "SMTP port". Default SMTP port is 25. After modification, you can stop and start SMTP service to make it effective.
   
   
4. How to start the second SMTP port?
   click "Server settings" button and select "SMTP service" tab, then you can change "Second SMTP port". Default second SMTP port is 0, which means disabled. After modification, you can stop and start SMTP service to make it effective.
   
   
5. How to make it work together with my existing mail server?
   Just define local domains in AA SMTP server and import those accounts from your existing mail server. Please refer here for detailed instructions: Work together with a mail server.
   
   
6. What is the format of account import file?
   This should be a TEXT file and its format should be: "Account", "Password", "Description", each account a line: "admin@123.com", "123456", "Administrator". .
