AA Mail Server is automatically well configured for different user number to
ensure high performance (supports 1~20000+ users). Typically, hardware configuration is relating to the
number of users, and you can see our recommendation (not strictly demand) configurations
below. You are recommended to update your Windows with the latest patches.
About 100 users
1) CPU PIII 800+, RAM 512M~1G, Hard disk 30G+.
2) WinXP, Win2000 or Win2003 with latest patches & IIS installed.
3) Enough resources are reserved for mail service.
About 800 users
1) P4 1.7G+, RAM 1G+, Hard disk 40G+.
2) Win2000/Win2003 Server with latest patches & IIS installed.
3) Server suggested is used mainly for mail service.
About 2000 users
1) Dual P4 CPU 1.0G+, RAM 1.5G+, Hard disk 60G+.
