1. What is my friends needing to do to access my files?
   Your friends need to do nothing but to paste your site link or file sharing links into browser's address line. If it is your site link, your friends will get the list of public shared files; after login, they can get the list of both pubic and protected files. If it is a file sharing link, your friends will download the file immediately. This downloading will not require authentication for the sharing link includes authentication info itself.
   
   
2. Why my friends cannot visit my site from their home computers?
   [1] Press "Refresh" button on toolbar to ensure your friends have used correct Internet sharing URL.
   [2] Open your firewall to check if you have enabled correct service port for AA file sharing.
   [3] If your PC is behind a router, open your router's control panel and create correct Port Forwarding.
   [4] Open you anti-virus control panel to check if it blocks AA File Sharing.
   
   
3. How can I transfer files between Linux or Mac OS with AA File Sharing?
   AA File Sharing can only run on Windows 2000, XP, 2003 or Vista. However, you could use AA File Sharing to transfer file between Linux or Mac OS. Run AA File Sharing on Windows, your friends can download files on Linux or Mac OS. They can also upload file to you if they have upload access right.
   
   
4. How to download multiple files at the same time?
   AA File Sharing software supports it, but browsers don't support it. We recommend you use some downloading tools (Flashget, NetAnts etc) to download files. These tools can download multi files at the same time. They also support multi-thread downloading, which will increase downloading speed significantly.
   
   
5. My PC is behind a router, how to create Port Forwarding on your router?
   AA File Sharing will auto-try to open UPnP TCP port for you. If your router not supported or auto open failed, you need to create Port Forwarding yourself, otherwise you cannot share files over Internet. Normally you can visit http://192.168.1.1 enter router's control panel and create Port Forwarding from router to your PC.
