Is AA Bulk Mailer easy-to-use? How can I get started?

Yes. AA Bulk Mailer is an easy-to-use mailing list application. It has a WYSIWYG HTML message composer, and allows you to create rich text email messages with ease.

What are Job Status and relative operations?

There are 4 job status: Composing, Sending, Paused and Finished. Their meanings are definitely clear by words. You can "Compose" a mailing job in "Composing" status to modify it. If a job is in other three status, you can only "View" it and cannot modify it.

You can "Send" a Composing or Paused job (status => Sending).
You can "Pause" a Sending job (status => Paused).
You can "Reset" a Paused or Finished job (status => Composing).
You can "Resend" a Finished job (status => Sending).

I cannot send out any mails, all failed...

The mostly possible reason is that your anti-virus software blocks 25 port or not allow AA Bulk Mailer access port 25. You could run DOS command telnet mx1.hotmail.com 25 to verify if your 25 port is blocked or not. If not blocked, you will get a 220 response message; otherwise, you will get an error.

1. Configure your anti-virus software not to block AA Bulk Mailer accessing port 25.
2. You are recommended to turn off "Outgoing Email Scanning" feature in your anti-virus software.
3. Preview the job and select Mailing Test tab, conduct a testing to a specified target.

I cannot send to some specified recipients...

There are many possible reasons will cause mail sending failed for nowadays the email communication environments are very complex, e.g. varied anti-spam policies. You can conduct mailing test to view email communication details and locate problems.

1. Preview or Compose the job, select Mailing Test tab.
2. Enter the target address and start testing. detailed delivery logs will be shown for you to diagnose problem.
3. If you cannot understand the delivery logs, forward it to us and we can explain to you.

How to manage subscribe/unsubscribe mails?

It is very easy. Define POP3 mailbox(es) firstly, which will be used to receive subscribing/unsubscribing emails. Then when you composing message, you can insert a Subscribe Link/Unsubscribe Link to HTML message, which the recipients can click to send subscribing/unsubscribing requests: More.

How to manage bounced emails?

There are no common defined rules to identify if a mail is a bounced mail or not. Different mail servers will bounce different failure notices. You can define POP3 mailboxes to collect bounced mails, then AA Bulk Mailer will auto-scan these POP3 mailboxes and collect possible bounced addresses. You can then export them and import them into Global Exclude List: More.
