AA Bulk Mailer is a dedicated high performance mass mailing software and bulk email sender for targeted bulk email marketing campaigns. Subscribe/Unsubscribe Management

AA Bulk Mailer has provided easy-to-use and automatic Subscribing/Unsubscribing Management for you. Firstly, you need to define POP3 mailbox(es), which will be used to receive subscribing/unsubscribing emails. Secondly, when you composing message, you can insert a Subscribe Link/Unsubscribe Link to HTML message, which the recipients can click to send subscribing/unsubscribing requests.

Subscribe/Unsubscribe Link are "mailto" hyperlinks with pre-defined subject, e.g. "SUBSCRIBE" or "UNSUBSCRIBE". When a customer clicks the links, Windows Mail will be invoked with pre-defined target recipient and subject. Then the customer can directly click Send button to send this subscribing/subscribing request to your POP3 mailbox.

AA Bulk Mailer will auto-scan your POP3 mailboxes every 5 minutes. If there is an incoming mail and the mail has pre-defined subscribe/unsubscribe subject, AA Bulk Mailer will retrieve it down and save its sender's information to subscribing or unsubscribing list. AA Bulk Mailer will auto skip unsubscribe customers and auto include subscribe customers on next time job sending.

1. Define a POP3 Mailbox

Firstly, you need to define a POP3 mailbox, which will be used to receive unsubscribing emails. Click "Inboxes" toolbar button and click Create button to enter your POP3 mailbox parameters. You can click "Detect" button to check if your parameters are correct, or conduct a retrieving test after back to on POP3 Mailbox Manager.

2. Specify Subscribe/Unsubscribe Mailboxes for a Mailing Job

Now you can specify subscribe/unsubscribe mailboxes for a mailing job. Compose the job, goto Job Property tab, then you can specify them. You can create multi mailboxes for different mailing jobs, or specify different subjects for different mailing jobs.

3. Insert Unsubscribe Link to your HTML Message

Now goto HTML Message view, you can click Insert Merge Fields/Unsubscribe Link to insert a unsubscribe link, or click Insert Merge Fields/Subscribe Link to insert a subscribe link. You can click these links in preview mode to verify them.

4. Subscribe/Unsubscribe Addresses

AA Bulk Mailer will auto scan your POP3 mailboxes every 5 minutes and auto retrieve down all subscribe/unsubscribe addresses. Click "Excludes" toolbar button, you can view Subscribe List and Unsubscribe List. You can remove or export these subscribe/unsubscribe addresses.
