Bounced Mails Management

AA Bulk Mailer has provided easy-to-use bounced mail management for you. You need to define POP3 mailbox(es), which will be used to receive bounced emails. Then AA Bulk Mailer can help you collect those possible bounced addresses from these POP3 mailbox(es).

There are no common defined rules to identify a mail if this mail is a bounced mail or not. Different mail servers will bounce different failure notices and different subjects, e.g. "Failure Notice" or "Undelivered Report" etc. So that we call them "Possibile Bounced Mails".

AA Bulk Mailer will auto-scan your POP3 mailboxes every 5 minutes and auto-collect possible bounced incoming addresses if they have not pre-defined subscribe/unsubscribe subjects. You can export these collected addresses and then import them into Global Exclude List.

1. Define a POP3 Mailbox

Firstly, you need to define a POP3 mailbox, which will be used to collect possible bounced emails. Click "Inboxes" toolbar button and click Create button to enter your POP3 mailbox parameters. You can click "Detect" button to check if your parameters are correct, or conduct a retrieving test after back to on POP3 Mailbox Manager.

2. Possible Bounced Addresses

AA Bulk Mailer will auto scan your POP3 mailboxes every 5 minutes and auto collect possible bounced addresses for you. Click "Excludes" toolbar button, you can view Possible Bounced List. You can remove or export these addresses.
